White Poplar

White Poplar is an excellent herb to be used to assist loved ones who have transitioned to the ancestor realm to have peaceful transition. Simply burn this in a fire proof dish when they transition (up to a year) so that they settle peacefully. White Poplar can also be used (if drank as a tea) to assist in healing rheumatism, gout and digestive issues.
